About Matthew

I am the Founder of Totavi, LLC, a boutique consulting firm. We bring real, operational experience spanning the earliest days of a startup, high-growth phases, and public-company leadership.

I started coding and building websites and products in the 1990s. Since then, I have started five companies and exited two, both times helping to lead the acquirer to an additional exit. In my career, I have been a founder, operator, and product leader. I’ve been Chief Product Officer at both a public company with $400M in revenue and a Series B startup.

My 15+ years in fintech, with a focus on cards, is nothing compared to my collection of credit/debit/charge cards. I am still waiting for my family to buy me a knuckle-buster.
